Spring Fever, Lt. Collins

Apart from that odd thunderstorm earlier today, Melbourne has quickly embraced the Spring change. It may be my hayfever, but there's something different in the air - and how people are dressing. This was the first floral dress I've seen in months so I just had to shoot it.
